Harmonious elegance with extravagant touches
A minimalist yet extravagant kitchen is the centerpiece of this duplex apartment with a garden in Bratislava. The project, which began with the visualization of the living area in early winter 2020, was successfully completed in April. One of the key client requests was a bold turquoise sofa, but during the process, they opted for a more elegant emerald green shade, which better complemented the overall interior atmosphere.
In the dining area, we used wooden slats on the ceiling and walls to visually divide the space. This clever arrangement, paired with strategically placed curtains, creates an effect of visual expansion of the room and adds a sense of higher ceilings.
During the implementation, we adjusted the original design of the TV cabinet, extending it and seamlessly connecting it to the gas fireplace, achieving both practicality and elegance. This interior is a blend of minimalist design with extravagant elements, creating a cozy and unique home. The clients personalized the decorations and curtain colors to suit their preferences.
